I trained in both Pakistan and the UK, and I hold a Master's in Public Health alongside my Bachelor's in Physiotherapy. That gives me a broad, compassionate perspective, so I see you as more than just your symptoms.

I work with people recovering from musculoskeletal, neurological and post surgical conditions, as well as those living with chronic pain or rebuilding strength after illness. I listen first, then build a personalised, evidence based plan that fits your goals, your life and your pace.
